We’re a charity made up of staff and parents who meet regularly and organise fundraising events, providing extra funds for our village school.

Who we are
Friends of Plymtree School, or F.O.P.S., is a charitable organisation made up of staff and parents who meet regularly and organise fundraising events, providing additional funds for the school.
Our committee
FOPS is run by a committee of volunteers, the parents and teaching staff who give their time to plan events and look after the money we raise. We couldn’t do it without them. New faces are always welcome, however much or little time you have.

Get involved
We really value help, no matter how large or small
Come to a meeting
Our committee meetings are held at the start of every half term, and our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is in September each year. Everyone is welcome, so please don’t be shy!
Lend a hand
Don’t worry if you don’t have much spare time: every little helps. Our committee couldn’t run without the hard work of the parents and teaching staff involved.
What’s on
We post regularly on Facebook about events, reminders and other useful school information. It’s the best place to find out what’s coming up.
